1. Sponsor

2. Entry period

Entries open Monday, October 12, 2026 at 4:10 p.m. Mountain Time and must be received before Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Entries received at or after that moment, as recorded by the sponsor's server, are not accepted.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 or older at the time of entry. The sponsor and members of the sponsor's immediate household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

Complete the entry form at zuniloft.com/giveaway with your first name, last name, email address and Instagram username; confirm that you follow @actionJacksonDenver on Instagram; and confirm eligibility. Following @actionJacksonDenver is required to enter. Follows are not checked automatically; the selected winner's follow is verified by hand before the prize is awarded. No tagging, sharing or posting is required.

Limit one entry per person. Following, attending the open house or signing up for property emails does not earn additional entries. Additional entries with the same email or Instagram username are not counted. Existing Zuni Loft email subscribers are not entered automatically and may enter once using the form. No purchase, open-house attendance or marketing opt-in is required.

The Zuni Loft open house is separate from the giveaway: Friday, October 23, 2026 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. MT at 2944 Zuni Street, Unit 5, Denver, CO 80211. Attending the open house does not provide an entry, and attendance is not required.Open-house schedule updated October 16, 2026.

Revision history

• October 16, 2026 (version 2026-10-16-extended): deadline extended. Entries close Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. MT; drawing 6:15 p.m. MT that day. Entries received under the earlier version remain entered. No other terms changed.

5. Prize

One prize: an Army Green Atoll 11-foot inflatable paddle board Full Package (board, paddle, fin, coil leash, hand pump, travel backpack bag, repair kit), approximate retail value $449 as advertised by the manufacturer on October 12, 2026. The sponsor has the prize in hand. Free delivery within the Denver metro area. A winner outside the Denver metro area receives free pickup by arrangement at the Cherry Creek office, 201 Columbine Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80206. No cash substitute. No payment is required to claim the prize.

6. Drawing and odds

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 6:15 p.m. Mountain Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. You do not need to attend or be present to win. The sponsor will not choose or change the winner based on interest in buying or renting any property.

7. Winner notification and claim

The winner will be notified by email within one business day of the drawing and must respond within seven calendar days. Before the prize is awarded, the sponsor confirms eligibility and checks by hand that the winner's Instagram username follows @actionJacksonDenver. If the winner is ineligible, does not follow the account, cannot be reached or does not respond in time, an alternate winner will be drawn at random. Participation in publicity is not required.

8. Your information

Entry information, including your Instagram username, is used only to administer this drawing, verify the winner and contact the winner. It is not used for marketing unless you check the optional updates box, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Entering does not create a buyer relationship. No public list of entrants will be published.

9. General terms
